I would put the bag up for sale - how dare she use such disgusting language!

Ignore any further correspondence from her - God I am shocked at how rude some people can be.

PS Same thing happened to me and seller sent me a SAE envelope!

Sell it and then come back and let us all know how well you did!

There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

    She just emailed - 2 words - I am a F*****g C**t

Emailed her back told her bag was now being put out for the rubbish tomorrow morning & I am notifing ebay of her abusive emails. If there is any more then I will report her for harresment. Hope this shuts her up!!

I wish I had said I hadn't recived it - but I do try to be honest & fair. However if it happens again I would now be inclined to deny all knowledge. :o - rong I know but I really don't need all this hassle!

    OMG!!!
I'd definately keep and ignore any more emails and do nothing what so ever to help her out.

:D I think the charity shop is a great idea!

So anyone in the Upminster/Hornchurch area - go & look in oxfam tomorrow you will find a bargin!

I wonder how long it will be in the shop before someone snaps it up? Less than a hour I bet!

Ah well her loss & I get good karma for doing my bit for charity!:D

    Feel much calmer now.:rotfl:

    Xmas Saver!
What a cow the seller is, it basically falls as a gift to you as you did not request it, obviuosly you have her home address from the original purchase, I would point this out to her and as far as the emails, that constitues an offence under "the tellecomunications Act 2002", which if the person was found quilty of the offence, it is imprisonable for upto 2 years!

That may be enough to get her off your back, also you could report her to her email provider for the content of the emails.

Also re the bag, as it was not purchased by you, you are entilted to keep it, its something to do with the distance and selling regulations act, (I found out this 2 yrs ago as I had ordered a ring from Danbury Mint - £500 18k white gold - you had it on approval, mine came it looked crap, like silver, returned it following their instructions, then a week later another turned up, so after about 30 mins trying to get through to this woman that I had a 2nd ring, she kept insisting that I had returned one and my account was all clear, returned the 2nd ring the same way - all they asked for was proof of postage. Then found out about a month later about that act - sods law!!!
