this seller is TSFE - she's now going to get a chargeback for £56 from the buyer of the bag and lose the bag!! Given that she was willing to pay £2.22, an extra £3 is nothing and ensures their buyer gets the bag. (I think £5 pp is reasonable given that they charged this in the auction)

    silly person

    Can't find her on Ebay

    nothing holier than thou

just honest and don't take advantage of other peoples mistakes, can't believe in this thread ppl think it's okay to sell on, lie by saying they posted it back. No wonder ebay is such a mess with ppl like this around

    You are holier than thou.

The seller has refused to fund the same cost for return postage that she charged to send the item out, and then subjected the OP to foul abuse.

The OP was quite prepared to send it back, but when you start being nasty to people you lose the right to expect it back.

You never lose the right to have your own possessions.

The seller was a very silly and rude person refusing to pay a reasonable amount for the bag to be returned, but the OP has, I believe, done wrong in giving away something which is not hers to dispose of (at this stage anyway).
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Are you sure the bag is genuine? The reason I ask is that after all her abuse and stating she's hard up - how does she afford a Radley bag in the first place?

I wonder how she'd react if you told her you'd just forward it to Trading Standards to ask them what to do with it :rotfl: .

Thanks for the good laugh, but I can just imagine how upsetting it would be to get e-mails like this - what goes around comes around though  .

    Hi Everyone

Wow - getting quite heated on here!!! But still the majority think I did the right thing. :D

She knows I gave the bag to Oxfam - obviously is not happy about it as she has now had to refund her buyer - so she says.

I told her I was willing to help until she became abusive, after that as far as I was concerened she could take a running jump!

Oh by the way Ssssss - not trying to be rude - time is money & my time is very valuable. I hope you value yourself just as highly - not based on what you earn ;)
:D All I want is an opportunity to prove that money doesn't buy happiness :D
