Had my cheque (the original one as well) from the Entitlements Agency regarding the Tax thing.:j

Just need to send it back to HMRC now and get the cheque changed to our name now. I was told yesterday that it would take another 6 to 8 weeks to get this changed as there is backlog again with the mail. I asked if i dropped it off to them this would speed things up and was told "no".

Its amazing isn't it that they take that long to change it to your name but if you owed them money it would have to be paid yesterday:rolleyes:

So can you take this complaint about these to the FOS??

    Yes hun
I am eligible but the FOS will only forward this on to the FSCS anyway due to it going into liquidation in May 2008.

If you remember back about a fortnight ago this happened to someone else here with twopart/eloan, they had gone to the FOS, then after a while this other member received a letter to inform them its being forwarded to the FSCS, this is what I did not understand when the FSCS state there has to be at least one claim ???

Glad your okay hunni, both me and Tiggrae were worried about you last night..... , keep your chin up hun, we will keep fighting whatever it takes.:D ;)

Phew I bet your relieved to get this one out of the way hun, shame it takes so long to get this changed though - hopefully they will not wait up to 8 weeks, you have already waited long enough.;)

Glad this one came back though.:D :j  .

PLEASE ATTACH STATEMENT A DETAILED STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT
