he's soooooo cute - got me wrapped firmly round all four paws

men they're so mean - mind you my boyfriend rang me this afternoon to ask 'how his little boy was' didn't want to know how I was !!

    - pets have a strange way or worming their way into your heart - and it's horrible when they leave us -
You have a good man then Tiggrae in that he thinks of the dog as his little boy. I could only be with an animal lover myself.

Emailed the FOS last week as I was confused about what to do about twopart/eloan's liquidators too so here is the reply received this morning by email:

    Dear Mrs

Thank you for your email of 11th September and further email of 15th September.

I can now confirm that you can send in the further documentation that you have via email to our enquiries mailbox and they will be passed to the relevant team.

You will also need to register your claim with the liquidator.

If you have any further questions, please contact our helpline on 020 7892 7300.

    Yours sincerely

    Hi Marshallka.

Hope you are feeling better this morning. I really felt for you reading your posts from last night. It must be so confusing. Do you feel Tiggrae has sorted out your confusion now. I was confused about it all. I have not had to as of now use Rule 78 or unfair settlement rules but am getting my head round it.

I wonder if when you wrote to FOS because you had lots of knowledge and put all these terms in they just looked at these. When I sent mine in beginning of this year I did not understand any of this and just filled form in in very basic simple language. I did not use any of the info on this site cause I did not understand it. I wonder if because of this they looked at it and decided how it could be settled.

No criticising you at all on this. It just made my form look as if it had been filled in by a twelve year old. LOL

Thanks for the support again maxdp.

It was in the days of reading what M colak was saying and when i look back he went through the courts with most of his claims and perhaps I made it sound too much for the FOS really. I have calmed down a bit now. Must admit i did feel ill with it again last night. I am the sort of person that has to "know" things instead of just thinking i know. If ever I make mistakes I like to know where I have gone wrong so as not to do it again. :o

Can appreciate that. Try not to be so hard on yourself. It is OK to make mistakes we all do as long as we learn from them. Try to be kinder to yourself and treat yourself like you treat others on here. e.g. kind and forgiving.:T
