Not come across anything on the FSCS yet........ , but wonder how often they update their lists, perhaps they wait for a list and then add.

I know it states something like for a firm to be placed under default that there has to be at least more than one claim, now I take it they mean from us consumers here, and I already know of some others who have complaints against the same firm as myself........ and as far as I know who have also gone to the FSCS.
Di, just thinking here about your comment of this "more than one claim". Do you remember in the letter from Click they have mentioned that Click have never had another complaint about misselling.??? Something in that message i thinks???

Di, its here, I thinks you need more Clickers...

I would additionally state, however, that Click Finance Limited has never had to settle or recompense a customer for miss-selling and we have no evidence that it miss-sold in this circumstance.

You mentioned about Twopart needing more than one claimer. There is meaning in this.

arh now something has also come to mind here too hun, the other week about a fortnight ago wasn't there someone else here who mentioned about Click Finance ??

I know there has been about TWOPART/ELOAN and now I am sure but cannot remember if this was over 2 weeks ago that someone had mentioned about these and I did tell them to keep an eye out on these threads as I did tell them that I was waiting for some feedback from these (click).

Thx hun I will try to go back on the threads and find them and hopefully they will sign back in, I can then ask how far they went with their complaint.;)

lol not to worry hun it was me getting all confused here......:o .

Right okay Click is nothing to so with Twopart/Eloan and it is this one (Twopart) that I have my application with the FSCS.

I could not do this with Click because they were not covered when taking out their product in 2004.

Its twopart that need more claimers in with the FSCS.

And a few weeks back on this forum someone did mention these, "Joshsmummy2003", I' sure it was about Twopart/eloan.

Yet I'm sure there was someone else who mentioned about Click too who have complained to these, and Clicks email state that they have never had a a complaint about mis selling before

But like you said I need to find out if there are any more Clickers complaints so I have something else to go by, well done hunni.

I was meaning does this work also with the liquidators at Click Finance too in that they need more than person before a complaint is looked into and you go onto the creditors list or that insurance thingy that both tiggrae and tron_ess mentioned.

I know what you mean hun cheers.;) lol.

I did add an email here last week from Click's liquidators who claim there is nothing they can do..... , I think it maybe because I have left it too long, I'm not sure, because what really get to me is the fact that these directors have probably left other complainants in the lurch (if any), and if this is the case that they have other companies to run - well where is that money coming from ??

This one has really got to me but maybe I should write to the liquidators and see if they can really confirm anything further, even though they state they got rid of all the documents as its gone 2 and a half years which I think is rather pathetic and surely they should keep something on microfiche for at least 6 years like anywhere else ???

I would Tron_ess said that she thought it was very unusual that they did not have them. In fact she said they might have to keep them didn't she??
