Di, going to bed now as i have just (about half hour ago) taken two night time flu plus tabs as I have a right cold. (I call it flu at the moment - what with everything else) and I feel quite drowsy now. Feel worse cause of this so I am going to feel sorry for myself in my pit with my otrivine and tabs. Hopefully be back on top of things tomorrow. Nighty night (sniffle sniffle, sneeze sneeze, ache ache and all the rest) Just having a rant. xx

    Thanks hun.
To what I can remember I did request fast track from the start (with Nemo) because we did get into heck of a mess financially.

Now come to think of it I may have mentioned about fast track to Laini here or over the road when her complaint was already with the FOS, not unless it was someone else I had informed. (Maybe Laini could confirm this later) ;) , but yep I will do this first thing Monday.;) Cheers hun and isn't it rather silly of me to forget when I have been telling others to do this ? lol.....:o :D .
Just found the post, you mentioned it to Busta on here last month. I knew I wasn't dreaming. you had me thinking i had divulged info that i shouldn't then.:D

  • Hi
I took out an egg loan in september 2004 I think it was with payment protection, although I can only find the paperwork that states how much the loan was and how much the monthly payments were.In my loan agreement form at clause 30 it says we will pay the premium for your loan payment protection cover specified in the agreement to the insurer on your behalf.
I took out an Abbey loan in November 2006 and paid off the Egg loan with it.
Can I still claim for the PPI for the whole 5 years of the loan or just 2 years?and I guess I just download the letter and send it off with fingers crossed.
    cheers

    Hi

Just download the letter and send it off with £10 for SAR and they should send you all info back on the loan. You will have to state why you think it is mis-sold if that is what you are going for but look at Martins list. Sometimes the companies would leave it so that you could opt out of the PPI instead of letting you choose to take the PPI.

Sounds like this was a front loaded PPI Premium and you would probably have got a rebate when you took out the 2nd loan you will see figures when you get the SAR back.

    Good luck:D

    Morning Laini

Have got one in with FOS for PPI on credit card at mom, been with them for about 8 months so hoping to hear soon.

Have got to sort out PPI on Barclaycard Loans today seem to have reached a bit of a stale mate with Barclays and FOS trying to sort out. My dilema do I sit and do that or should I go out in garden as it is a beautiful day and need to do lots out there.

Think will go out in garden and sort Barclays out later.
