Arh I see, okay different rules will more than likely apply here, when Tiggrae is here later, I'm sure she will be able to rectify this one for you.;)
I have known people to still win through trying, even if the claim was in the 90's, there is no harm in you also trying your luck.;)
I wish you luck and hope you win !:D

6 years but I think that is six years from when the loan was finished they should keep paperwork although it is more difficult because of the content of the info they keep and this is more difficult. Others on here say 6 years from the date agreement started. I am at the moment claiming for loans etc started more than 6 years ago but finished no more than six years ago. Does that make sense:p
My co-op ones are 2002 and 2003 ended too.0 -
My Lloyds Credit Card (PPI) was also 2001 Jan I think and I settled this in early 2004, when Lloyds sent me the final response they said I was eligible to take this to the FOS, leaflet added, so that's what I done.:DThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0

Was you happy with the settlement figure ?
If your unlucky regarding the mis selling of the product, this is another direction you can actually try to take regarding an unfair rebate settlement, like I have on one of mine.;) Still ongoing at present though.
See what the others suggest and recommend hun.
Sorry if this was mis-read, I also note you have cancelled.

Let us know the dates these were actually applied to the accounts and then the dates they were cancelled. Its very difficult but not impossible to claim beyond 6 years (of closing). You will have difficulty using the FOS for example. Depends on whether the company came under the jurisdiction of the FOS at that time.0 -
