    That would be great as Tiggrae is not as much now and Di and me are answering things as best we can. We both worry at times if the info we are giving is correct but at least we try and do not state to be pro's at it.We both live on here for now. (Our poor hubbys and kids...) I logged on at 7ish this morning and still on now:eek: .

    Are we doing ok then would you say Tro_ness. We don't mind being pulled up for anything... Just want to learn.

    I want a job in GIB though doing this. Digging dirt !!!!!!!!! I get SAD as well.

    With this weather you're not wrong .... South of France or Italy would be nice!
    I'd say you doing a grand job. As I said ... theory is one thing ... you guys actually know the reality of it... and to many that will come through here... that what they need to know! :T

    I'm calling it a night ... will get back when I can.

    sorry - almost missed this one - but basically yes. [Though dependant on "issue" can be rather more complicated]:eek:
    1983 regs etc. I needed once the correct prescribed terms of a 2001 agreement and understood this was the 1983 regs prior to agreements made before 2005.

    I had them sent through but could not make head nor tail of these. Still got them stored somewhere on the puter.

    Complicated i thought.:confused::confused:

    all the banks currently have backlogs in the recalculation of repayments and when you do get them they are sometimes wrong - so you'll need to check the amounts being repaid - HBOS are taking within 6-8 weeks to make a payment - what I tend to do when a payment is late is call the case officer twice a day, every day until payment is made - they get so sick of it they get your calculation bumped up the line

    I've been trying that but what they are saying is that there is a delay with them paying out which is 6 - 8 weeks but in my case they have no way of even calculating how much is owed to me, so he has said that it could take up to six months to sort out a re-dress system.

    And what's more anoying is that the guy from the re-dress team has given me an incorrect number to contact him on.

    Do we know anywhere i can obtain a direct number for the Bank of Scotland re-dress team?

    Thanks,
  • NO post that is relevant - although not related to PPI but very annoying :eek:- I owed B'card some money, claimed back charges which was successful, and to cut a long story short - they ended up owing me money which they paid back, but on previous statement they charged me £4.31 interest - called them and they credited my account - today rec'd statement - 0.00 balance, but if i dont pay the 0.00 balance they will charge me £5.00 and pass over to their DCA :eek:- LOL - What a waste of time/energy & money - I have asked them to close my account soooooooooooooooo many times:o I think they all seem to be in a mess!!!! Sorry to go off PPI, but it cheered me up - just at their incompetance!!
