    Dear Mr

I have been going further into detail on my complaint regarding my complaint for the mis selling of my Payment Protection Insurance and although you have written and stated ‘this case is closed as there is nothing you can do’ I still remain concerned regarding your business practices and I intend to take my concerns to the relevant authorities.

I am well aware and completely understand the existing Click Financial is not the same as the previous company which ‘sold’ the PPI to me. However, I am also aware the same directors have continued with this new incarnation of Click Finance ltd. I have also seen evidence the same directors have been active with at least one since 2001and is now the Managing Director at your company of Click Finance Limited.

I am writing to the authorities to inform them of this type of Pheonix Company as it appears to me you continue to start Companies and close them down in a deliberate attempt to avoid any liability for complaints being made against you. The relevant authorities include:

    · the DTI,
    · Companies House,
    · the Financial Services Authority; and
    · the Office of Fair Trading

Although you continue to state the case is closed can you confirm whether at any time in any iteration of your Companies you were ever regulated by GISC, I assume the directors of the company will be able to confirm this and I would appreciate it if you could get back to me to let me know.

In the meantime I have already made contact with some authorities and thought I should make you aware of this, and I now await their response.

I look forward to your response on this matter.

    Yours sincerely

Wow thank you Tiggrae, this is excellent.;)

I will crack on with this now then.

Many thanks, I appreciate this very much.;)

    Thanks hun.
I did actually mention on the first letter/email about "Fitness of holding a Consumer Credit Licence".
I also requested them to reconsider my complaint....... , as you know they still said the case was closed..... .
You have actually reported them to the OFT haven't you Di. I know they cannot do anything but all of us that feel a company is acting out of source need to make these complaints to get these companies closed to future business and their licences revoked or at least pull their socks up and abide by rules.

Oh they can, they will and they do. Its just business and they think in business. They will feel nothing at all and that is the maddening thing. They know they have cheated us and that to get anything back we have to fight dirty like them. (almost). We will win but we just have to learn how to fight their way.

Head or heart. In business its all "head".

    Hi Liani,
Can i ask how long was your case was with fos after the first adjudicator upheld your case and it was passed on. I am in same position with Black Horse
    Thanks

its taken about 6 weeks from first adjudicator

we need to send the acceptance of findings back to FOS by 22 sept and NEMO have until then to send their form back to agree or disagree the decision will not change unless Nemo put forward new evidence even if they do dis agree again usually the decision is final and wont change.
so it is just stalling tactics but it just means more interest to pay.
still fighting for my money !!!
