Hmmmm....... , you need to tell them then they WERE under GISC from 2001, this is what that member did about someone other company and the FOS did accept it then.;)
Good luck hun, can you email them anyway just to make sure, because you don't want to be going through all this all over again..... , or have you already made them aware ?

I have contacted the Fscs yesterday and Picture will be going into default within the next week or two.Irequested a copy of PPI terms and conditions as I had mislaid the original, When they sent me the copy I had found my own, and guess what they were different. My stated the full cost of the ppi was £8732 on the copy they sent me it stated £9000plus but it also gave the overall cost of the PPI £11,200. Ask for a copy of your ORIGINAL terms ansd Condition. This has your name on the front. I think this is definately a case of mis sell as
they have obviously had to amend their t/cond.Also go on to the FSCS web site then follow link to latest news, and it gives you a list of compainies going into defaultand .Picture is included
Get that contract out if you have and request a copy from them.Just tell them you have mislaid the old in order for you to make comparisions

    Thank you busbyH.;)
    And good luck with this.

I will have to check Twopart-eloan out then, because my application form went in with the FOS approx a fortnight ago now or coming up anyway and these also stated that they had to wait to see if the company are actually in default yet.;)

We only had this confirmed by their liquidators "Begbies & Traynor", but the FSCS to tend to wait for a list of firms.

    pm'd you Di.

    Thx hun.;)

Just emailed Click to ask them if they have sent a letter out yet, as their 7 days are now up..... , and if they have, we have not received it, so if this is the case I asked them to send it by email attachment.
I requested them to reconsider my complaint before this goes any further as advised.
They have emailed attachments before so they have no excuses here.....:D

    Here goes:

    Dear Sirs

    Friday 29 August 2008.

    Good afternoon.

Please could you confirm if you have sent a response through the post yet?, as I requested 7 days as from the 21 August 2008 and have no received anything in the post yet.
(although you confirmed receipt of this on the 22 August when requested), thank you.
If this is not done, please could you send your response to my email by attachment ?

    I will appreciate this.
I need to know by today if my request is going to be considered ?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind Regards

This is the email sent to them on the 21 August.

    Dear

    Thursday 21 August 2008.

Thank you for your email below.

    Account number:

I am very disappointed by your decision regarding my letter sent to Mr XXXXXX the director of the company which was investigated as confirmed by yourself, and the conduct of directors in avoiding this complaint.

If you are not prepared to reconsider, I will have no alternative but to inform the OFT Licensing Department as I do believe this is acceptable fit and proper conduct of the directors in accordance with the CCA Amendments 2006.

I hope to hear from you within 7 days of this email, thank you.

    Kind Regards
