    LTSB PPI - £770 ish for dad
    LTSB PPI for dad - £1800 for dad
    Barclays PPI claim for self-£2204
    Dads home insurance - reduced by £200 a year "WE DO NOT LIVE IN FLOOD AREA AND I DON'T SEE WHY WE SHOULD PAY FOR THOSE THAT DO - I WANT TO SPEAK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR"!

    they will just say that you are a long way from the box! and that the further you are the more it slows down by the time it reaches you!

    Defragged and everything here. Its always slow and it is the connection of Virgin Media. They are a little better since they sent us a new cable modem as our other was not capable of 20meg and we had paid for it for 18 months prior. They agree to refund me some money and then pulled out and i am now in a dispute with them with CISAS. A bit like these claims really.:D

    think virgin are about the worst - my sister is with them and she's had 2 computers! the first one got slower and slower and then died - the second one is in the 'shop' at the moment getting fixed - i swear it's something they pipe in! ask them for new everything - that's what my mate did at work and they replaced all the cables and the cable modem, hers is a lot better now.

    That's all we have been doing with this one is defragging it.....and still no improvement.....:mad: , so would this defo be the providers fault ?:confused:

    Make a complaint. I have and i will let you know the outcome in 10 days,:D
