    No wins then yet.

I am ok, just messed up with my claim to FOS according to tiggrae, i have put a claim in for two seperate loans on the same form and should have done them seperate, going to ring them tomorrow. One was for unfair rebate on one loan and misselling on the other.

I'm i'll wake up in the morning and be in a better mood. gonna fill my dads fos form in when i'm in a better mood though cos i don't want to mess it up or put anything really sarcastic just cos i've had a !!!!!! day
LTSB PPI - £770 ish for dad

Dads home insurance - reduced by £200 a year "WE DO NOT LIVE IN FLOOD AREA AND I DON'T SEE WHY WE SHOULD PAY FOR THOSE THAT DO - I WANT TO SPEAK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR"!

I know what you mean. You can end up demanding in a mood like that, I did it with my firstplus claims, sounded too angry.

Tomorrows another day so they say

Co-op have used with me that i should have been aware of this loss within 3 years.

Is that them quoting the Limitations Act? The Halifax have tried to quoet the Limitations Act with me in that my PPI cover was signed for in 2001, although I only became aware of the exclusions relating to my cover in 2006 so will be quoting various parts of the Limitations Act in court including the part about becoming aware of the loss within 3 years.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

The limitations act is 6 years but this 3 year thing is not something that they should state. I did not know about these types of policies and that is that.:D

    Welcome back Di x

Have you got any more news on your endeavour/hfc claim today.

    Hi Marshallka hunni.

No news yet, I think I worked it out to be by Friday I should hear - hope so anyway.

I hope Endeavour treat this as a new complaint, as the first one was about the mis selling then told to pursue to Click who you know have dissolved, and this one is about the unfair rebate.
Still not sure if the FOS will look at this though, because they had already confirmed when I complained about Endeavour they were unable to look at this as they were not under jurisdiction then, but because this is now a total different complaint "unfair rebate" I am hoping they will.;)

I just hope my postie does not get muddled with the post again....

    Di.
