Is that them quoting the Limitations Act? The Halifax have tried to quoet the Limitations Act with me in that my PPI cover was signed for in 2001, although I only became aware of the exclusions relating to my cover in 2006 so will be quoting various parts of the Limitations Act in court including the part about becoming aware of the loss within 3 years.Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -

Have you got any more news on your endeavour/hfc claim today.
Hi Marshallka hunni.
No news yet, I think I worked it out to be by Friday I should hear - hope so anyway.
I hope Endeavour treat this as a new complaint, as the first one was about the mis selling then told to pursue to Click who you know have dissolved, and this one is about the unfair rebate.
Still not sure if the FOS will look at this though, because they had already confirmed when I complained about Endeavour they were unable to look at this as they were not under jurisdiction then, but because this is now a total different complaint "unfair rebate" I am hoping they will.;)
I just hope my postie does not get muddled with the post again....
Di.
