Let us know if they respond. I think the co-op will do this to me. They will leave it as late as possible and then write another rejection letter and this way if you do win with FOS they have the interest on YOUR money for longer.

Hi guys, well today rang the FOS and they told me that my case has moved on, what they did at the end of july was sent a spreadsheet to Halifax/BOS regarding cases and mine was one of them, what should happen now is they will repsond to FOS whether they accept liabilty or not, then its returned back to FOS and the adjudicator will review the responses. i thought this was good news she even was able to give a timescale another 6 - 8 weeks.
any thoughts on this one Di or anyone out there, before i get all happy.lol

Hi guys, well today rang the FOS and they told me that my case has moved on, what they did at the end of july was sent a spreadsheet to Halifax/BOS regarding cases and mine was one of them, what should happen now is they will repsond to FOS whether they accept liabilty or not, then its returned back to FOS and the adjudicator will review the responses. i thought this was good news she even was able to give a timescale another 6 - 8 weeks.
any thoughts on this one Di or anyone out there, before i get all happy.lol

Hiya, I'm back.......:D , you can't get rid of me that easy .....:D :j .
Had to defrag, and clean up on here, seems to be that everything is running okay now, no virus's either thank goodness.......:D , but it was so annoying, the puter was freezing up on me, I would try to post then it would suddenly say "goodbye"..grrrrrrr:mad: , so yeap I did have a fit with not being able to get on here for a while, and hopefully I will have no further problems.....:D :beer: .

Looks like everything's moving forward then hunni and a timescale given.;)
With a bit of luck then you should hear anytime really, before the 6-8 weeks hopefully.;)
What I would do though, if you hear nothing say in 5 weeks, contact them on another update.;) (Even if they have given a timescale for now).
