Its horrible, i have had lots of sleepness nights just lately and its shows. You will be worrying about a job i take it and then this with nemo can't of helped. Up until late last night writing another draft letter, the more I add the better, but I feel I will have a response that they still not liable regarding Click in this one.;)
I looked at the clock and it must have been gone 2am:eek: , so will check the draft over then get typing it, okay I said that yesterday but was held back .

Now I had better just crack on.;)

yes- job and NEMO are on my mind
sent SARS for goldfish and barclaycard
and statements for Yorkshire bank which I am going to request to change it to a SAR.
they will hopefully keep me occupied

That will be cool, thanks and it will be a rather long letter lol, I'm useless at letter writing, but will have a go and it will defo need tweaking.;)
And if there is anything I missed I will always be happy to be told what to add.:D Cheers so much.

Is there anyway to save writing it all again that I can post it by attachment on here when I've completed it ?;)

Laini, does anyone ever hear from Kaia now. She has not been on since winning her claim with Freedom Finance. I bet she has to be confidential about it and there was Marluc too. . I have just been reading marlucs posts about a letter of offer she received "without prejudice save as to costs" and a confidentiality thing. I bet they are not allowed. (LOL).
