Hope you receive this hun, its been a long time hasn't it ?
Isn't there a letter template to request this ? without charge of course.;)
Its okay for her to say it didn't look like there was PPI added, she should see the evidence right in front of her..... .
I think these companies know what we're getting at now, like when requesting for some information they like to know why we want the info, Endeavour did with me  , so I wrote back and told the compliance guy, because it is my rights if I request for this and especially if a payment of mine is involved.....:D and said if I want it then I should receive it without questions being asked.....;)
Yep write back to them hun, insist you need this.;)
    Good luck !!
Should of known better than to request it by phone. I have now written and am posting today.:D

Just thought with being with a bank for over 14 years they would do it without delay. Just goes to show "never trust a banker"

Good luck hun and I agree, that we should not trust these, I have been with mine for 18 years or more and they have played dirty with us for most of them as it seems....... .

Laini, does anyone ever hear from Kaia now. She has not been on since winning her claim with Freedom Finance. I bet she has to be confidential about it and there was Marluc too. . I have just been reading marlucs posts about a letter of offer she received "without prejudice save as to costs" and a confidentiality thing. I bet they are not allowed. (LOL).
come to think of it no I have nt heard from Kaia -it is quiet on here
been looking for a car and job today -no luck yet:mad:

Hi All, sorry to jump in! (New Today) My ppi reclaim started last November with all the templates flying back and forth between myself, Loans.co.uk (who brokered the loan) and GE Money (Lender). £25K over 25 years to allow home modernisation before selling. After reading MSE post looked back to check paperwork and guess what? £3800 PPI which would cost me over £9K if the loan went its full term (it didnt, only 22 months) After templates were sent I went to FOS in February and after many letters stating we are waiting to place your complaint with a caseworker, finally received a letter last week stating that the FOS adjudicator had reached the conclusion that we wouldnt have taken out ppi if we had all the facts. She recommended they refunded all costs incured by ppi and 8% interest! Loans.co.uk simply stated in reply we had signed the loan agreement etc and could the case go to an ombudsman! No evidence or anything (phone calls etc) so I am waiting for the case to be heard by an ombudsman and cant stop biting my nails thinking how much if any will I get back?
Hang in there, I hope its worth it!!

Hi Steve, good luck then hun.;)

I had won a case last year, seems like everything is under control for you.;)
I'm sure you will be surprised with the amount you will get back, think of it as if you had not taken PPI, you will receive that amount plus interest, and also 8% of what a court would award on top, so all the best hunni.

Like Laini said once its finalised you can then request for the calculations from the FOS.;)

Keep us posted Steve, that will be great.
    Everything crossed here.

    Di.
