Can't you just send them a non compliance letter threatening reporting it to the ICO and then they might pull their fingers out. Its so confusing when everyone is passing the buck. I bet you are back to square one now Di.

Thx hun, yep it seems like that I'm back to square one hun......:rolleyes: , depending if I can still take this to the directors or not, but like you said maybe a compliance letter may do the trick.

Because I was thinking a few weeks back, this guy was the one who emailed back by saying they had investigated the ppi complaint and stated that the brokers who dealt with this are those who had dissolved, but then to investigate other than the information he had from my letter of pursuing this, then he must have had information on file or microfiche to investigate......:rolleyes: , what do ya think hunni ?;)

And not seen Tiggrae here today either, maybe Tiggrae could also advise here too and Singlep ??;)

No-one here only little me Di. I think if you carry on tracing them you will end up just like me, going over and over it all the time and it drives you crazy BUT if you are like me then you will not settle until someone sedates you or you have found the truth. Its so cruel how these companies treat us. I have taken up 4 months of my life on this and then lots of years prior trying to get sorted from the mess that this whole loan and ppi did to us. I know the debt was our fault but we put our trust in these cowboys to help and not induce us to further debt. I just hope you get to the bottom of it. I will try to help all i can di as i know what it is like. Mine is still ongoing too.:D

Your right about these companies though hun, they treat us like you know what !:eek: :mad: , but ike yourself I will not give up.;)
Won't it be good to get these ones out of the way, then it will make life a lot damn easier to get on with the next lot lol, think the rest will be easy compared to these claims we have going on at the moment hun....:D , well I do hope so anyway.;)

Di, i think tiggrae is around now.

Ps i understand this going on and on. I do the same as its about principles and getting back what is rightfully yours.
