I would check your paperwork on this one. ALso tiggrae will be able to help you out with the courts if you need them. She is not on at the mo but will probably be on later. M colak is your man for the calculation of how much to ask for but again not on. Check if this company was part of GE Capital and ask at FOS about it. If they were then you may be able to use FOS instead of the courts.

GE Money Home Finance Limited (Registered in England No.592986). Registered Address: 53-61 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1FB.

Yes it's GE Home Finance now but it was GE Capital and before that it was another company - But FOS would surely know if GE Finance was part of a company that they did cover? FOS have said they cannot help me with my complaint.

They never offered me to claim against Barclays for Firstplus and Firstplus are owned by Barclays. Tiggrae (she does claims for a living but helps out on here) does her claims against Barclays trading as Firstplus. It may be worth a try or phonecall to them.

Just sent my copy of my emailed letter to Gibraltar by recorded delivery and it annoys me as it costs £4.00 to send. It soon mounts up. Everything is wrong here. I should not have to do this all the time, £4.00 per letter is ridiculous and i am being told to deal with Bespoke in GIB. I really hope something is done about this company and Freedom Finance misleading customers. Not as much legal protection, the cost of sending letters to them, the length of time for correspondance to reach there and here from there...... Would anyone really want this if they were told from the start and not mislead into thinking that they dealt with a uk company? I think "not".

I feel so blummin annoyed again today about this. I really want justice for it and cannot let it go.

Its difficult trying to get on with other claims isn't it hun ? , going back to Click, I had made a visit on their website and came across legal information, this is what is says:

Castle Wealth Management Limited (CWM) is a trading partner of the Click group and registered in Gibralta, Company registration No: 93004 at 932 Europort. Cwm is regulated by the financial service of Girbralta. Cwm introduces prospective customers to CFL (Click Financial Loans) !!

So is this the same place as yours then hun ?

I saw that and posted a while back. I don't think it is the same as you have lots of uk companies to go at. I hope not Di....:eek:

lol, yep we can go on and on, and it will be never ending lol.
There was other info too, but again it went on then started to confuse me again, so I think I should just get on with typing out the letter now to reclaim this back, due to the directors still being active, worth a try here I think, then if not it will have to be done through HFC, last chance of this first lol.:D .

Yes, get on with your letters to everyone involved. I did that on the advice from a phone call to the FSA and was told write to all of them. I did and must admit i felt at least i had done all i could for then.

Good for you hunni, if its the only way then its well worth going for and if advised to do it then go for it.;)
I do hope very much they sort this out for you, it just takes some time doesn't it ? Hopefully it will all be worth it in the end.:D .

Yes I know the feeling hunni and now defo downhearted, just received an email but not sure whether to take any notice of it.....:mad: , its from Click, I thought I would just email them last week to see if they did have anything on us like accounts etc, because I was going to also SAR, so I thought if I had SAR'd them then maybe I could still pursue through these, yet I know the directors are still active to this company, have a read, do you think it may be a fob off perhaps ? Received just a few minutes ago !
