Hi there folks, I'm late signing in today....;) , lots on.

Anyway, now going back to Endeavour, I was thinking what Tiggrae said a few pages back, I could go to these on the unfair settlement, as it was calculated by these when settled as lender who click arranged.

Now just to double check the FOS will not look at the complaint:rolleyes: if not covered by the FSA, but because its Click I will be complaining to of the mis selling, it will be about the rebate on Endeavour, am I correct in saying the FOS will look at the unfair rebate side of things even if Endeavour were not covered ?

I know Tiggrae also left a link on one of these pages somewhere, this is about about unfair settlements etc in 2005, will try to seek it, but if anyone else knows where this is, please could you let me know, thanks folks.;)

Tiggrae also says about section 75 of the CCA on equal liability so you could try for the ppi also with these. Have a look what she says on other posts. Might be worth a try Di.

    Thx hun.;)

I did unfortunately receive the final response on these (Endeavour abouit mis selling) about 2 months ago, and then told to go back to the brokers (Click)..... , but I know what your saying though hun, thanks, I have also printed out the documents what tiggrae added, so maybe worth another try.;) Especially unfair rebate wise.

I have not actually posted the letter off to click yet, wonder if it will hurt if I posted to both Endeavour again and these, or see what Click comes back with first..... , confusing again isn't it ? lol..... ;) Thanks hun.;)

Di, get some of your letters sent off as the limitations act will apply if you leave it much longer:eek:

No really send them today. You can only be told "no sorry cannot do anything" and then at least you know.

    Will then get cracking.:D ;) .

I did that to Firstplus after i had a final response and they did reply again but not of any help. They actually denied section 75 applied to credit and said it was only to credit cards. It can't do any harm and they don't have to reply but it keeps your options open. You haven't got much choice with this click thing. BRB later. x

Still no news from Bespoke Finance yet:mad: End of the week and then that is it. Solicitors here I come (and anyone else that wants to help:D ). I already feel like a bear with a sore head at the moment. (More like a croc really. Snappy ;) ). I just thought this would be sorted by now. I should be awarded damages for my health as its really taking its toll on me. I want my money back now....

(sorry for shouting but its makes me feel better)
