While i was out just down the docs the ombudsman has rang and told my son that they are looking into my complaint and that they are writing to me. I don't think this will be the one about freedom, i think it must be the firstplus settlement one. I had had a letter from them the other week saying it would be going before an adjudicator soon. I think they must of now asigned one and are looking into this. Does not mean it will be upheld but time will tell. They can only really check the settlement i think.

Was it refunded because it was missold and how much ppi did you actually pay (without interest).??

Also what was the original date of the loan and the settled date (if you have). It looks like they have forgotton about the interest you have paid????

Also what about the first ppi???

    Hi Malshallka,
The 1st loan was a single premium it is from 1/03/05 totol term was 60 months, then i refinanced it with another loan, on 31/3/06.

The first loan ppi is 60 months X £34.17 the APR is 9.9%
The second loan ppi is 84 months X £64.26 the APR is 10.9%

this is the details on the 2 loans.

So How do i work out what is due for refund.

They have accepted all that policies were mis-sold, and would refund it all in full, hoping to get a reply by post tommorow morning..

    Many thanks

    hash

    Hope that helps marshallka

    Thank you
