Thanks for getting back to me so quick. The forms that I had to download did state that the only fee they will charge is 10% and they gave examples of this. Under their name it also state that they are regulated by the Ministry of Justice. I'm just really apprehensive of signing anything now. Might email them again to ask about court fees.
Thansk again Jill0 -
it's 10% + VAT remember - I think you need to email and tell them your circumstances (ie GE and already gone to the FOS) also, ask them whether they would provide you with court representation at no extra cost
Tiggrae can't you do it for her from your company, least she would know she's getting someone good :-)0 -
their website says 10% inclusive which is still 10% too much in my opinion.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I probably could for free if she wanted my help....
My reason for mentioning cost is because its not right to take peoples share. I know you disagree with me but thats life. Your clients see value in something I do not.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. The solution is limited.
Find a company that will take the case on with a no win no fee that does not take anything from their claim.
Look to find a solicitor that will do the same.
Clearly the size of the claim will determine the options as it may not be possible or worthwhile for a company to take it on.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
