PPI was £947.97 plus 9.5% interest making it £1087.56 total.
repayments 269.22 x 11.21% = 30.17 x 12 repayments
30.17 x 12 = 362.04
total PPI 1087.56 - repayments made 362.04 - rebate 392.23 = 333.29
333.29 + repayments 362.04 = 695.33 Total PPI paid + you need to add statutory interest to that.
This is how tiggrae does them and it does work on yours too...0 -
Sorry but I'm abit confused..........so my settlement figure was right?0

If both yours and Marshallka worked out the same then yes you must have worked this out correctly, not to forget to add the stat interest too like what Marshallka said.;)
A bit more again on top.:DThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Sorry for sounding stupid but I'm kinda lost.
These are the figures that they gave me
Outstanding balance £6,461.28
Rebate of interest £392.23
Rebate of insurance premium £360.11
Settlement amount £5,708.940 -
Marshallka, forgot to tell you my sister checked over the one you also did for me the other day too (lloyds) and without looking at yours she worked it out the same as you.......:D , thank you.;)
I have given her copies of the other agreements now, she has taken them home and when she has some time to herself she says she will take a look.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

So they had rebated or taken off the amount of £752.34 of the PPI plus interest then, is that correct hun ?
And the rest of what they owe you is that of the remainder of the ppi plus whatever of the stat interest ?
I have not got a clue when it comes to maths......:o
So this would be the total to reclaim and the interest will be on top of that again, like what Marshallka has also worked out here:
"333.29 + repayments 362.04 = 695.33 Total PPI paid + you need to add statutory interest to that."The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
