I am calling myself a complete donkey and laughing out loud, the receipt I had in front of me was my receipt for my card payment and showed all the items sent and charged for. hee hee

I found the other 5 receipts and have checked, freedom finance, firstplus and the fsa have theirs. These companies must be getting to me now lol. I thought it was a bit strange that I didn't have any tracking numbers oooops

Would you trust a bank to write to you??

a query though, how are the refunds being done? - Will it be taken out of the loan, or will i be sent a cheque? - I would have thought with it being a mis-sale it would be the latter.
