    Hi people,

I'm about to contact Beneficial finance to claim back PPI, now I can find a HQ address but can't find the correct department to deal with PPI /complaints could anyone possibly tell me who and where to address this letter to at Beneficial Finance??? :S

    Thanks

One of us will be back with an addy soon......:D
Are they the same as HFC, can't remember ?

Found this but best to double check with someone just in case:

    North Street
    Winkfield
    Windsor
    Berkshire
    SL4 4TD

Then I came across Beneficial finance branch finder here:

And because you know time is getting nearer it gets you all anxious.... .
With a bit of luck you will have some good news well before the 2 weeks are up.;)

I feel bad the more times I realise that I have been 'conned' with this type of insurance stuff. Just about every loan, card etc I've had!

I know hun, its a horrible feeling isn't it ?

All in all i have totalled about 11 to deal with, 2 done and dusted, successful with these 2, one won with FOS and the other just one letter and paid out within 3 weeks, and now another 9, there are 4 in with the FOS right now between myself and hubby, and currently dealing with others......I do not have a good feeling about some of mine though.....

At least your dealing with them hun and keep at them.

This is with regards to yearly contract insurance but the same rules would apply to contracts beyond on the fairness of the policy..

and remember that insurance complaints made to the "insurer" are under compulsory jurisidiction...

    That's okay.

It's a mystery to me too, but there is still a big gap between the PPI I had to pay out and the rebate they gave me, so the letter's still going in the post! Will let you know how I get on with this and the First Plus one I put in.
Good luck and wish I could have been of more help to you..:D
