Thanks hun
Well if they are unclear, it maybe worth asking if they can send you a written full explanation through the post.;)
Meanwhile if you have not added these on here yet, maybe if you add what you have of them, they will get checked which may give you some idea.
Marshallka worked out mine for me.;)
Please remind me, who was this with ?
I settled mine in Nov 2005, it was a loan for 25 years taken out July 2004, settled as you can see many years earlier.
It was with Alliance & Leicester for £7500 over 36 months. Monthly payments were £269.22 the first being May 2004 and the last April 2005.
These are the figures that they gave me
Outstanding balance £6,461.28
Rebate of interest £392.23
Rebate of insurance premium £360.11
Settlement amount £5,708.94
Do you need any more info?0 -

Cheers for this.
I am not too sure what is required for this altogether, but maybe Marshallka could confirm this when she has a minute.;)
I am sure if any further info is needed Marshallka will say.
Hopefully you will not have to request the explanation from the firm of how this was worked out.
Typical isn't it ?
A & L just recently being fined for mis selling ppi, don't know how you was sold yours, phone or internet etc but as I expect you are aware the complaints as always are going from Jan 2005......., just so unfair isn't it, knowing this mis selling have been going on for many more years.....
