Customer enquiries
We hope that this insurance will meet your requirements. Any enquiry or complaint that you may have should be addressed, in the first instance, to the claims manager of the scheme Administrators at the address above. Should you not be satisfied with their response, you may ask the complaints and advisory department at Lloyds to review your case. If you still remain dissatisfied you may contract the insurance ombudsman. The scheme administrators will provide thefull address of these organisations and the referral of your complaint to them and will not affect your rights in law...

ALTHOUGH THESE ARE ONLY THE APPOINTED ADMINISTRATORS ON BEHALF OF THE INSURERS..
WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THIS AT ANY POINT ALTHOUGH THEY LIQUIDATED AFTER WE SETTLED THE LOAN BUT MOST PROBABLY STARTED ABOUT THE TIME WE SETTLED.0 -
Hi Pinknico
Didn't your SAR even have anything to show that PPI was taken ?
If this did not then they did not fully comply to your SAR request, because if this was added in with any credit, the company are obliged to add this information in with the documents.
Mind you this did happen to one of my mates where the ICO are now involved.;)
I have the credit card agreement with no mention of PPI.
PPI is added to the loans (no sign of the word optional)
No paperwork or cds showing choosing PPI.DS1 12/10/04

I do have the monthly statements which prove that ppi were taken, and some SAR paperwork on the credit card, they also added that I had questioned about PPI during a phone call in 2004, and I know this was on behalf of my hubby as he had a bad back and was from work for 66 days, as this is a recurrent problem since year 2000, and they he would not be able to claim, they did not add that comment though, but I remember as plain as day asking this.
And I have some loan agreements some with and some without ppi.The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

My case was only agreed to fall under the FOS jurisdiction after I forwarded a letter to them from the OFT in which the OFT said that behaviour of the type I'd described would be unlawful and something that the FOS would investigate - nothing about timescales.
The second part of my complaint is about the miss-sale of the PPI cover on the card, and the final part that Sainsburys have refused to put the account on hold until a decision in the dispute is reached. There's been about £160 in interest alone added to this while I'm waiting for it to be resolved.0 -

They are not the insurers, that is LLoyds and that is who my complaint that the FOS are writing about goes to not the administrators.0 -
What is your basis for mis selling?
Well me and hubby were given separate cards, he was the holder of his and me on mine was too.
Hubby's ppi was added, they did not ask at the bank, but just added the ticks themselves yet he has pre history probs that would not have covered him and with mine I was a homemaker with just the children's benefits, it was ticked as homemaker too, yet they ticked the box for cover for unemployment, sickness/accident on mine, they would not have covered me and me and hubby used to think they were just part of the agreement.......
We did not even get the chance to even read the terms and conditions, just sign where its crossed sort of attitude, this was as from 2001.The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
