Hi Marshallka
"Looks like they are still trading though but just not selling mortgages. I will be back on later. Just popping out but try to help you then. I can't see why you would not be able to claim here. I will check them on companies house in a while and if they are not "dissolved" then there should be no problem here"
Hope you dont mind me asking Marshallka but did you find out the above. Also do you think the court are accountable for the delay they are causing? Really appreicate your help.0 -

I hate it when companies dissolve, when these management/broker/director are still trading elsewhere....... , then they confirm the complaint is not to do with them, where they will not admit liability !!! like one of mine......., so this was a mortgage company then ?

Hi
Had mine paid into my bank account so that was good. Still waiting for the rest of it though we seem to disagree about how to settle the complaint appropriately:rolleyes::mad:0 -

Tillydot maybe it is the court that is the hold up here ,I would keep pestering them until you get an answer you can work with ,though I have known judgements take a while to be written up and sent out.DS1 12/10/04

Hi Everyone
I have done all the letters to London Mortgage Company. They offered me the ppi back but not the interest so I refused. Did the N1 claim form but the court never sent me a copy back never sent me the AQ. I rang the court a dozen times for the AQ. In the end I downloaded my own.Still nothing about a court date. In the end the time was up for LMC on the 11th June rang the court to make sure and LMC had been allowed more time to send in their AQ. All in all it has been going on since March. N1 since May. I have written to the court and rang on several occasions. All they say it is either with the judge for directions or they havent type up the paperwork. I was advised by another forum to send off my request for judgement form which I did two weeks ago but still nothing. I am sure LMC doesnt exist anymore so it has all been a huge waste of time and energy. The courts couldnt care less. Of course if it was the other way round and someone was after me for money the speed would be quite frightening that the courts would act!!
They do exist still but I would give the courts another week or two like Pinknico says here.0 -
