Hope you dont mind me asking Marshallka but did you find out the above. Also do you think the court are accountable for the delay they are causing? Really appreicate your help.

I hate it when companies dissolve, when these management/broker/director are still trading elsewhere.......:mad: , then they confirm the complaint is not to do with them, where they will not admit liability !!! like one of mine....... , so this was a mortgage company then ?:rolleyes:

On Companies House London Mortgage Company seems fine.

Had mine paid into my bank account so that was good. Still waiting for the rest of it though we seem to disagree about how to settle the complaint appropriately:rolleyes:

Tillydot maybe it is the court that is the hold up here ,I would keep pestering them until you get an answer you can work with ,though I have known judgements take a while to be written up and sent out.

I have done all the letters to London Mortgage Company. They offered me the ppi back but not the interest so I refused. Did the N1 claim form but the court never sent me a copy back never sent me the AQ. I rang the court a dozen times for the AQ. In the end I downloaded my own.Still nothing about a court date. They do exist still but I would give the courts another week or two like Pinknico says here.
