Good morning everyone.
Hope everyone is well.
I have had my letter from barclays regarding my refund for ppi.
The stupid people have paid the money into an account that has had 83p in it for about 10 years.
i dont have a card for it or anything.
I didnt even have the loan through this account.
I'm guessing they have delibrately done this to cause me inconvenience.
Off down to the bank in about half an hour armed with my driving licence, passport and their very nice letter to see what I can do.
They aint going to beat me i will re-report them to who ever i need to if they dont play ball.
So although very good news a double edged sword cos of the hassle they seem to be delibrately causing.0 -

Hi Everyone
I have done all the letters to London Mortgage Company. They offered me the ppi back but not the interest so I refused. Did the N1 claim form but the court never sent me a copy back never sent me the AQ. I rang the court a dozen times for the AQ. In the end I downloaded my own.Still nothing about a court date. In the end the time was up for LMC on the 11th June rang the court to make sure and LMC had been allowed more time to send in their AQ. All in all it has been going on since March. N1 since May. I have written to the court and rang on several occasions. All they say it is either with the judge for directions or they havent type up the paperwork. I was advised by another forum to send off my request for judgement form which I did two weeks ago but still nothing. I am sure LMC doesnt exist anymore so it has all been a huge waste of time and energy. The courts couldnt care less. Of course if it was the other way round and someone was after me for money the speed would be quite frightening that the courts would act!!0 -

A quick update.
Son seen by GP, bit red below, eye red, not as puffy as last night but sore, he was sick in the night too, not sure if this was to do with the kick below or his anxiety attacks which suffers too, could be both.
GP logged the info, any problems we must go back.
PC rang back as promised with the logging ref number, they have forwarded details to both school and LEA.
Hubby going to the school later for an appointment, I will stay here with my son as he is getting very distressed about going, I'm sure my hubby will sort this out.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
