hi all

just about to claim. just wondering if i need to send all my credit card statements as martin says:

"You should also enclose copies of any paperwork that backs up your case and send the letter by recorded delivery, keeping a copy for yourself."

i dont have all the statements but will take me ages to photocopy them all. could i just photocopy one as proof? any help greatly appreciated

Hi there Neil

I take it you want to try and reclaim PPI from your credit cards ?

If so hun you do not have to send copies of your statements as they should already have these.

So I take it you have not done the letter yet then ?

Who was this with and dates if you remember?

Do you want me to send you the link which has the letter template to guide you through this ?;)

Okay edited to come back in lol, right then Neil, here is the link to the PPI reclaiming for loans and Credit cards etc, it works the same way.

Check this link out with reasons of mis selling, if any occur to you add them to the letter where there is also a template on this below link too, they have 8 weeks to respond, and if another letter is needed due to not being successful the first time round we will work at that one after you have received the first response.

Just add your account number of the Credit card to your letter and they will have all the information on you of the account, so do not worry.
