When I got one of those I didnt fill form in. Told them that those questions should have been asked before PPI was added and as I hadnt received that questionaire before ppi was added i wasnt going to fill it out now.

PPI is optional so answers are irrelevant anyhow

Thanks for all the words of advice peeps, think I will allow them to pay off my one remaining credit card that has anything on it and pocket the rest, I think some winter sun may be in order.

I'm in stoke Di and would not apply for something like that anyway. Would be tooo stressful for me..:o

ALso can't use microsoft office, word and excell or not properly anyway...way over my head..

You then have to give them 8 weeks for a full and final response. During this time if it is not resolved they will provide you with either another letter that is not a final and gives you a chance to write again or the final response. You then and only then can take this complaint to the FOS.

I've already written to them with the inital claim of misselling as when i dealt with egg on the loan to confirm they told me that PPI would help the application so already used that letter. Sorry i wasnt clear on that!
