If you request a SAR then the sar will only include things for one person if the other has not signed. It is the same with the loan/ppi thing. If you won you and the loan was joint then you would both need to apply your signatures of acceptance. One can sign for all the other stuff but to receive the money its both to sign.
Thank you.
Like I said earlier you all give good solid advice and help.

Hi There
I think you will find that you would both have to agree if the Loan was in both names, although the PPI would probably only have covered your fella (who used to be with anuvver:eek:).
Is the PPI big enough to share mind you if it is through NEMO it is probably large and is he on friendly terms at all to discuss with her.
Well spotted :cool:0 -

It is rough when only one has continued the loan though..
Yes hun that's a thought ?
Did not think of that but yes your right.;)
And like you said not fair for the loan to be left to the one to pay off, in that case It should be then - that the one left paying for it should be the one entitled to the ppi, what do you think
I know it does not always work out that way but maybe ??The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Yes I totally agree.......:D.

You would have to check your agreement/application..
Yes I am reading all your advice.
Im sure if he were to start the ball rolling he would discover one way or another.
He wasnt going to bother. said its too much hassle. I said well i will write all the letters. you just read em and sign em. I said with the amount of that loan its going to be a hell of a lot of ppi to come back. Also said I bet there was only you covered on the policy so would have been worthless if anything had happened to her.0 -

I would certainly go for it, we had won a complaint against Nemo and even though we were joint, nemo did tend to send most correspondence to my hubby in his name alone, so no worries there I don't think.
If you don't try you will never know, so tell him to go and get em......:D.
