I try to help everyone else but cannot help myself here  . Both my complaints are completely b***sed up now. I thought that the FOS was a complaint service whereby you did not need a degree to complain. :o

I now wonder Di if the first adjudicator messed it all up...

Why did they offer the goodwill gesture on the second most recent loan and leave the most recent (which was my original complaint) and then leave the other two as well. I can understand leaving the last two but not the most recent. Only thing i can think of is the one they have offered goodwill on is the lowest PPI of the lot..

Also why did the new adjudicator then state

You had another loan of 1997 and not you had 3 other loans of 1999, 2001 and 2002.

Hun I tell you what, you should apply for a job with them, at least you understand these complaints and they would get dealt with far quicker.;)

Yes I find this strange and yet like you said, its the lowest one !!!
Something not right there I don't think !!!
And why the lowest one ?? Its so wrong and the adjudicator should not expect you to accept that, well not on its on anyway !

You will be fine Di. I am sure of that. Its just me that seems to have trouble even getting them to read my complaints. I think I go on too much maybe.

Loancheck should complain as they are the ones you have authorised to deal with it. I am sure they will tell you, if you have nothing by the end of the week.

You won't go far wrong with this lot (Loancheck).

They are recommended by WHICH magazine!!!

At least you don't have to pay anything

I hope so, I know its early days but fingers crossed.;)

No hun your curious and I would be too, you are put in an awkward situation and I can see now where your coming from, I would be going on, I know that, and if that were me I would be until its all paid out, its quite some money there and you cannot afford for this to be brushed off.
