I just hope its £6K plus good news though....

I suppose I am wishful thinking here and also that £6K is just for the 3 loans and if the 4th is looked into then its more like £8 to £9K. Also I have included stat interest in that figure and I did email on 25th September to ask for this as Tiggrae said that they do not include this unless you ask. I know at that point that they had not heard anything back from the Co-op but I now wonder if that email has been acknowedged at all. I am praying that this is at least 3 loans and if not then 4 here. Like I say 3 is at least £6K and four and we are buzzing. She did tell me today that all my emails have got through to them.

Just have to wait and see now. Everything crossed for ME...:eek:

Hi there hun and sorry to hear of this.

Do not worry though, now have they mentioned the Financial Ombudsman at this stage on the letter? and I take it they have said they will not look into this any further, so they have written "final decision" ??

And who did you take this loan/ppi out with again hun? And when ?

If over 40 days though and no SAR, even if they state it will be with you, I would defo get in touch with the ICO.;) well...they sent some info but not all for example no details of the first debt taken out or if there was PPI on that loan

Just had a thought, if co-op have made an offer to the FOS at least they have not said "no" to everything. I am doing my head in now wondering if its all four loans or maybe just one or two. If its all four I will be sooo chuffed. Do they sometimes offer a gesture of goodwill of maybe a couple of hundred quid to the FOS???

I am going to be murder on here now til end of week...

Also if you had one loan in January, 2005 what was the date?? Also was the other loan to consolidate that loan and add more to it?? If so did you get a PPI rebate at the time?? The loan taken out 11/1/05 was to consolidate a previous loan with HFC. I have no details on the previous loan and none have come through with the SAR. I do not know if there was PPI on the 1st loan or not

Have you written in for the misselling on these two loans??

I have just completed a form for FOS which is going tomorrow

Do you know of any one who has had their complaint upheld even though not a single premium. I am complaining about they way it was sold
