I've decided that a few days away are in order and as I'm heading in the direction of Glastonbury, it might be the perfect inspiration

    Martyn,

I always wanted to do Glastonbury, and boy I could do with a dirty weekend :rotfl: just now, are you passing me, you could collect me on the way down?

Enjoy your guitar, my OH has three, a piano, bagpipes and harmonicas, is it any wonder the neighbours don't speak to me very often:rotfl:

There are plenty of websites you can get sheet music from for free of charge, if you need them let me know and I will PM you.

Currently enjoying a bottle, although I need to open another one, the OH seems to have finished the first bottle.

I have tried to thank people, but I have got a laptop and I can't use this touchpad thing, I need a mouse, so please consider yourselves thanked and I will use the proper PC tomorrow to read the os thread.,

If you need a laugh tonight read this thread, I was in stitches.http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=848557

Martyn, cover your eyes, its for the ladies really, but I'm sure it'll make you laugh also.

    Martyn,

I always wanted to do Glastonbury, and boy I could do with a dirty weekend :rotfl: just now, are you passing me, you could collect me on the way down? Firstly, as I live in Dorset I'll be going up, not down :DSecondly, I am officially a "woman-free zone" from now on

Yes please, with the accent on anything Dylan or Baez

Currently enjoying a bottle, although I need to open another one, the OH seems to have finished the first bottle. Obviously drinks like a man with 8 arms :rotfl:

Just all keep coming back here for a moan... :) That's what we're all here for.

Martyn - sounds like a few days in Glastonbury could do you the world of good too.

Hope all those feeling sniffly or under the weather still are starting to feel brighter too.

Edit: just read that other thread, my oldest DD is wondering why I'm sitting here giggling now.....

I nearly choked myself trying to have hysterical laughing fit quietly!!!:rotfl:

The bit about the miners helmet and the canary was the final straw!

If reading that does not make Martyn laugh then nothing will!

    elona,

that's the reason I am on the laptop today, I spat orange juice all over the PC keyboard last night reading that thread and the thing won't work today!

Its gotta be one of the funniest threads I read on MSE for a while.

Met a friend for lunch in a local bookshop, she came out with 2 books I came out with 4 & it didn't cost us a penny, no we weren't shoplifting, we'd each taken books with us to swap.

    Evening everyone,

Mrs_mix - sorry to hear that your dad`s not well, hope he soon recovers

PenPin - i have my fingers and toes crossed for you, hope you get good news after your scan tomorrow.

Catznine - Aw i`m so sorry to hear about your little kitty, as CM said she was a good age and she needed the op as it was making her ill otherwise. Your puppy will gradually get used to her not being there - lots of extra cuddles for her i think. I said we were having no more when we lost our first at the grand old age of 18 and still ended up with more from the CPL

((((hugs)))) aplenty for everyone tonight as there are so many deserving of them.
    Have a restful evening everyone
