    Being you've dug up your driveway, why don't you just divert the poo channel into the mains sewer? Maybe the EA will suggest that as an easier way of protecting the river than finding the culprit.

    That could mean diverting loads of surface water into the sewer system. All of the surface water that was allowed to drain into the river (Roch?).
