The problem is that they seem to have taken payment from some peoples account even though most of us only appear to have the order acceptance. And please dont shout me down in flames about how they "reserve the money". I have money out of my account which they have requested and whether reserved or taken i cant spend it.

Wish i knew what to do. Maybe some will slip thru and we will wake up to a new tv like santa has been ;)lol

That's the one I saved as well as the actual pages of the offer although mine are Homebase .

Order confirmation rather than order acknowledgment for home delivery

I do have that and i have a screen shot of it...... I assumed it was still an order acknowledgement??
