Ideas for fillings for toasted sandwiches please?

Thanks to THIS thread started by Artofdookie I am now the proud owner of a toasted sandwich maker. Never having posessed such a thing before I'm totally at a loss as to what to use for fillings. Cheese & any one or more of the following: ham, onion (red or brown), tomato, sliced mushroom, tomato sauce/puree, pickle
Beans & cheese - only use about a dessert spoonful of beans don't be tempted to overload or it squidges out of the toaster
Brie, cooked bacon & cranberry sauce
Sliced eating apple & jam - yummy and reminiscent of a doughnut
Banana & jam or pinch of cinnamon or chocolate

Be not so busy making a living that you forget to make a life
