I used to know someone who had banana and jam in theirs, I never tried it myself so this is in no way a recommendation0

chicken or turkey with brie (and cranberry if we have it)
chilli and cheese (although a meaty chilli not a saucey/really runny one!)
I think that's all the ones I eat, although I'm sure my studenty friends will have some crazy suggestions!************************************

We have the usual cheese/onion/tomato/mushroom/bean variations but we also like these:
Grate some Cheddar cheese or cheese of choice and mix with 1 diced onion, 1 tomato tomato, 2 chopped green chillies and a tablespoon (-ish) of chopped fresh green coriander (or frozen). Season with salt and pepper to taste
Use more or less cheese as liked
Nice with a good chilli kick! Fab with a cup of hot tea or cold lassi!
