I thank you for that. So as you can see, it's neither depression nor anxiety this time. I'm just b****y annoyed at what I see as her taking a cheap shot at me. I REALLY want to metaphorically swing the 16 inch guns round and give her a full broadside but I can't be bothered.

If I ever see her with another man, I'll kick his labrador and break his white stick (whoops, out comes Mr "Bitter and Twisted" for a play :rolleyes: ).

Martyn - fair enough i see what you mean. I'm with RedRuby and Vegaslover, hold your head up high and rise above it.

Edit - though of course vent on here as much as you like, those frustrations have to go somewhere!

And no, I haven't been on the DS thread again. I have to say that once was enough. Some of the folk on there are "premier league" depressives. In comparison, I'm just playing 5-a-side in the park on a Sunday morning :rolleyes:

My DH always tells me that the best thing to do is smile, it always makes other people wonder what you are up to. Certainly works with my DH's ex wife

I'm about "this" far, (holding finger and thumb about half an inch apart), from moving back to my old job in Oban. And the distance between the finger and thumb is getting smaller by the day :rolleyes:
