This still all really surprises me. I had nothing but superb service from My Moviestream and had no problems leaving them. In fact they were by far the best DVD rental service that i've used.

Clearly problems arise if the service isn't properly cancelled online.

Oh bloody hell! I've been ok *touches wood, crosses fingers* since ringing to say I wasnt paying it i've not heard anything. RedOnRed - I cancelled over the phone, on more than one occassion, not online - I found it impossible to cancel online! They are just awful, most people here will agree. Cannot believe they are still operating.

I found I had to cancel via the telephone also, since they hassled me in 2008 I have heard nothing after telling them that I am not liable. They did phone a few times but I told them to put everything in writing, haven't heard anything for a long time, but what a horrible company with such rude people on the other end of the phone!:mad:
