None of them so far are as unbelievably stupid as the two lads they had on "how to be a property developer' with that Irish bloke on Channel 5.

How did that end up? I lost interest after a few episodes.

In a nutshell the lads lost money and the girls made a fortune. Lads kept buying stupid properties, doing too much and selling for losses as they also messed up cashflow. They also bought some over priced villa in Portugal miles from the coast and thought they'd get it all back. The girls should some proper sense and learnt not to over pay and to stick to getting a good price and researching their market. They weren't afraid of being off the wall with a church conversion where they made about 100k from selling it on with planning permission without having to lift a paint brush.
