NEW SERIES Property Ladder.

Just thought I'd post a reminder that tonight the new series of Property Ladder starts (unless it's pulled at the last minute for being in bad taste).

So, you've got 40 minutes to get comfy.

UPDATE: Just miss this? Is it 9pm? It's now repeated on Channel 4+1 so get your bum over there.

    Oh good.

What odds they'll plug the line that quality  property will always maintain or increase its value :rotfl: ?

Or that uncertain times are just right for moving up the ladder?

Oh no, my dad will be drooling! He has it BAD for her!! I'll phone him up half way through and annoy him!

I do like it when she gives them good advice, they don't listen, then they're annoyed when they lose money.

    ha ha ha

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

So, 20 minutes in: two sets of people who don't know what they're doing.
    Wrong designs/ideas.
    Wrong budgets.

On target to both get it wrong and make a loss

The motorhome was a great idea- not! Beeny was well pleased with herself.

For seven grand you could get a static caravan twice the size, for as long as you need it, including delivery anywhere in the country, and transport when you want rid of it too.
