 They're hoping for £750k.
 Agents said: £675k , £685k , £695k
 Making: £92-112k profit
 They looked quite gutted.
 Classic case of "we spent more, so now we expect more for it" ... as per usual format.
 They put it on the market at £695k.
 Sold 5 months later at £665k.
 £82k profit banked.
 Although there's fees to come out. Extra mortgage costs from the original costings and EA/selling fees.
 Gotta sell it yet though peeps, eh!0
