Just Thought Id Write This Follow up To Entry #5. Its Taken About 6 Weeks But I Have Managed To Charge Back My Deposit To Club Class Cons Via My Credit Card Company, And Today Our Timeshare Title Deeds Where Returned To Us In The Post. I Consider Myself Very Fortunate And I Am Gratefull For The Help And Advice Received From The Timeshare Consumers Association I Followed There Advice To The Letter And It Worked. Its been an unpleasent experience that I wouldnt like to repeat, but I just hope that the letters to the Britsh and Spanish Consumers associations can help to bring these Scammers to Justice, or at least prevent them from operating and praying on others in the future.0

Hi when you cancelled your membership were you threatened with the usual court action? i am just about to refuse further payment to Club Class Concierge due to misleading information. They also have my deeds at present. Will be grateful for any help.0

:beer: my wife and i purchased a club class membership 5 yrs ago with all the usual hollow promises , to date we have never had a holiday from them ,5 grand down the drain. we have recently been contacted by a company called key properties who claim they can get our money back, i told the girl i would not be paying anything up front and she said that was fine , im very dubious , anyone heard of them ?.0

The sales deck of Global Vacations Limited in Miraflores resort, Mijas, Costa del Sol, which sells the holiday club, Club Class Concierge, and also involved in dealings with the resale co. ETOO has been closed down by the Spanish Police two days ago. Over sixteen people have been arrested.
Please if you consider that you have been cheated by Global Vacations send your complaints to the European Consumer Centre in Madrid. They are fluent English speakers.
