Have a look at the Insolvency Service website. It lists all the companies involved. I've emailed Club Class Concierge members services to clarify whether members can still book holidays as yet no reply. Also it would appear that their members website is still active so (as a test) I've tried to request a holiday again no reply. Im not hopeful.

Had phone call from CLUB CLASS told them I was not interested in them yet again.got letter today saying I owed £££££ including optout of £165.00 will they ever get the message????

Having been scammed by CDS Concierge as an existing member of Club Class, I really could not face claiming through Visa. Faced with, do nothing and loose the lot anyway, I needed to do something and still maybe lose the lot, but at least I tried. But I just could not face the aggro.
I decided to put my claim to a claims company, after receiving some strange cold calls from companies who seemed to have my details. Google to the rescue.
Verity Claims, a UK company, not one in a strange overseas country, and bingo. Sent them all my details, no money up front, and within a month, not the 2-3 months I was told, I had a full refund plus interest into MY bank account. Their fee, 25% + VAT. A great service and would recommend them to anybody if, like me, you cannot face doing it yourself.

I am delighted to hear of your success, very few appear to get anywhere with promises of refunds. My only concern is that a check at Companies House suggests they are now almost 6 months overdue to file accounts and there must be a reason........
