Good news. I have just had a letter from the financial ombudsman with a settlement of the full amount from my credit card company under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. It has taken me over a year, but with determination I have success and all my money back!

I am of the impression that the company based in Chelmsford is composed of ex Incentive Leisure salesmen so avoid at all costs .

In respect of a solicitors / claims company in Milton Keynes I am aware that Resolved Claims are looking at taking claims against Club Class Concierge on a "no win no fee" basis .

I am also aware that there is another claims company in the same town called Morgan Swann which wants upfront fees and is made up of ex timeshare salesmen .

In summary if they want money upfront walk away !

Hi Allan1859, I am another Terranova /Club class sucker, I have contacted my ccc and am just about to make a section 75 claim. Have you any tips to smooth my path, as I fully expect them to make it as difficult as they can. cheers.

We are being chased by CCC for non payment of £95 annual subscription which we are refusing to pay. Has anyone been sued by them yet.

Last year in August Itra net in Maidenhead were advertising to how to get rid of your timeshare and we did exactly that. We paid £6000 to get rid of it-Itra net said join Club Class Conceirge and surrender you Diamond resort timeshare and we being gulliable did exactly that. Club Class Conceirge are not doing anything about it and Diamond Resort are hounding us for maintenance money. Is there anyone who would fight our corner or is there anyway of getting the £6000 back and our deeds.

i have a cashback that is due to be claimed in Jan 2012 and having read all your comments, i'm not sure if i'm going to get anything back? Has anyone thought of going to gibralta to hand in your certificates to make sure they are recieved within the correct time scale? Has anyone done this?

My parents joined club class 3 years ago and have recently tryed to claim there cashback. They have since found out 3 years ago they registered 3 days to early. So therefore have lost there cashback, surly they should have been informed, in 2008 that they were registering to early. Instead they find out after submitting there claim in October 2011. They are a big scam!!!!!!!!!

Having waited patiently for 3 years we submitted our claim very carefully on-line following their instructions to the letter and submitting 3 scanned documents as requested. Guess what - email from them stating that we had only submitted 2 documents so our claim will not be accepted. It is such a shame that you only find out about the scams AFTER you have paid good money for what you think is the right service (Club Class Concierge) at the time.
