Today was my first shopping trip at Tescos, first went to the out of town Tescos there was Medium cheddar (mis-priced) and Somerset Brie, (mis-priced), couldn't see any ducks or other meat but CS thanked me for pointing out the errors and from a £12.00 bill minus vouchers I used my shop only cost 60p !! I did notice however several shelf labels missing on the salmon and several yellow stickers on the meat section. With new found confidence I went to my home store, there I found medium packs of chicken drumsticks £2.49 on shelf, £2.54 on pack so bought 4 packs plus some more brie - didn't see any other items mis-priced, CS got confused and said she didn't know what to do with regards to refunds, after reading this thread I explained the policy, she offered to refund the difference but I pointed to the sign behind the CS desk - total amount of goods for free today £19.36. I noticed in the first store that the chicken drumsticks had new stickers on them which made me look even more closely at the second stores. Definitely a great shop today, only trouble is my freezer is full of beef !!!!
I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

Well I suppose I can live with 6 items only I suppose. Plus 6 for the wife, plus another 6 for each of the kids, plus 6 for my dad, 6 for my mum, 6 for my second cousin removed, 6 for the dog (raincheck haven't got a dog).
The moral of this story is pick up the 6 highest priced items, at between £3 & £7 an item, its still £18 to £42, which is better than a poke in the eye.
Maybe Mr T's are actually realising they have a real procedure/process problem with the labelling of there products. Maybe the removal of two letters would help the senior management understand this, instead of 'unlikely event you are overcharged' put 'likely event you are overcharged' :rotfl:0 -
Don't know if I'm barking up the wrong tree here, haven't tried any of this mis-price stuff yet. But I did notice some wine in my local Tesco priced at £6.99 for a 75cl bottle, however the price per 75cl in small print below said £1.99(ish).
I tried at the check out to see what price it would go through at but as it rang up at £6.99 then I asked to put it back.
Does anyone think it would be worth pushing to get the 'per 75cl' price?
salyou can't take it with you...0 -

Slightly off topic, what do the little * on the tesco's reciepts mean? I assumed they meant special offers but that doesnt seem to match up??
The items that have VAT charged on them I presume.
Non food items, confectionery, crisps, toothpaste etc.Keep SmilingSite member number 24

Visited Tesco Leyland this evening.
They've done the trick of marking up the shelf-edge prices on the Finest cheeses, to match the pack prices.
Shelf-edge prices on smoked salmon removed.
So someone obviously got ther before me! Again!
Pork joints were wrongly priced. But, my freezer's full and I have no immedite need for pork (don't even really like it that much).
I wish they'd misprice the steaks and lamb a bit more often.
