Oh that's a nice chapel. I haven't been to a wedding in that one yet - I should have gatecrashed!
Yes - Canary Nightlife is mine. Dave advertises on there in the Playa Blanca section. I see an email came through for him this morning... so I'll make sure he gets a copy. I know your name now then. Mua ha ha ha ha ha! Most of the advertisers on there get the emails to come to me first so that I can weed out spam etc, and then they only get the genuine ones.

No problem at all Girlzmum. I've just phoned Dave and let him know that the photos are on their way. Hubby's just heading up there now to pick up their amended menu too. Hope he brings me back something nice!!
The cake looked beautiful - as did the bride and groom!

Hi Elle
Great Guide some really useful information.
Off to Playa Blanca on Tuesdayand was just wondering is it easy to travel around playa blanca without a car? as unfortunately we are too young to rent a car.
Thanks

PB is small enough to walk around, unless you're staying in the western part near the lighthouse. What hotel are you staying at? I stayed at the Lanzarote Princess and it was a very good location.
Book up the Island Grand Tour with Last Minute excursions (no link to Lastminute.com) then you'll get to see Timanfaya National Park (ie Fire Mountain) as well as the Jameos del Agua (Lava tubes).
Shame you can't hire a car really......0 -
Hola aigo - Dave's already given you a great answer. I don't drive, and walk around PB without a problem... plus they have a good bus service in the town if you are going from one end to the other. Irt's €1.15 per person regardless of where you get on and off. they go about every half hour until the evening. Taxis aren't inexpensive too.

Thanks for the advice sounds good.
How should the weather be for the next two weeks out there?
Thanks0 -
It's lovely and warm now Aigo - albeit not scorching. Bring long sleeves for the evenings or a really light jacket - and then you'll be in shorts and t-shirts during the day.
See you on the beach!
