To all of you lovely people that said I don't need to lose 4 stone, unfortunately, I do.
I am 5'4 and weigh 13.2 stone. I am going to get back down to 9.2 where I was in my mid-20's (well, 26 in fact, before I moved to bloomin
    England!)

And, since Jan (when photos at Sar's were taken) I have managed to put on 1 and a half stone-pretty good huh???
    (that was sarcasm)

So, Do we want to start a DFW SW support group or what?

I think IA's was just a general slimming/debt challenge - would we be allowed to have a Slimming World support thread on here? There's already one on one of the other boards I think.

Bunny, you could always start a part SW, part DFW type thread and invite others to join you in you challenge? That way it's more likely to be allowed to stay on DFW.

Ok, need to think of a DFW slant?

And yes Gem, as Snags said, Sar's is general weight loss, where I'm thinking more SW as we can swop recipes, talk success etc

I think that is a fab idea Bunny:T I managed the SW eating plan (cant call it a diet or I will constantly want Dorito Chips with melted cheese or chocolate) and I lost quite a bit of weight.

I am sure I still have some old mags under the sofa or in office and you can get some free eating plans of the website, will you could before. Only problem I had was not having anyone to share it with and ask questions as I refused to pay the fee for the club. But if you lot were doing one I would definately be in it.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I'd like to keep it here where all my frineds are!

Hey Mrs S well what a bunch of !!!!s eh. I suppose you would rather that they just told the truth and said, 'oh we forgot to change her nappy and we are very very sorry and we will make every effort to ensure it does not happen again'. At least you would know and would respect them for telling the truth. But I suppose in the sue crazy culture in which we live absolultely no one wants to admit liability; why cant people accept more responsibility for their actions and stick their hands up when they are wrong? We are British for gods sake lets get back to some good old British values, lets be able to give next door's kids a smack round the head for not doing as he told, lets not be scared of going over to a drunken mob of kids asking them to move without the fear od being assuaulted and even killed, you know what i mean. SOrry for the rant. Lenny x. I hope Natasha's better and her rash is healing and the carpet isnt too smelly :rotfl:

For the DFW slant - maybe we could 'pay' ourselves in a separate pot ie a pound for a pound when we have reached our target or whatever the money is put towards a new wardrobe of clothes so we dont spend on our credit cards or something like that. Oooh we could have numbers and targets.
