Go in and see the manager - not this girl, and raise your concerns there.

and if you have to mention the papers ...that should get them scared ...but make sure you mention it in a nice way lol0

I spoke to the manager earlier - she has obviously spoken to the girl who looks after Tasha and asked her to look into it and ring me back. I don't think I could go back in now....I would either punch someone, or burst into tears and start shouting.Go in and see the manager - not this girl, and raise your concerns there.
