    Mix pancake mix with water
    Ladle into lightly oiled frying pan
    Turn over when first side done
    When second side done....eat!

    I'm making a new thing up for luch right now (bit late I know)
    being all Miss Slimming World-ish.

    I've got a GIANT musroom and I've stuffed it with quark, garlic and ham and I'm grilling it. Hope it tastes ok!

    (I wish I was having pancakes though)

    ooh I will do then! I have done it before - several times. It works really well - I did WW before, but ran out of food points too quickly!! :)
